2026 Fruit Fundraiser

Souto Farms Local market is a reputable fresh fruit company based in Oliver, BC, with our vegetables and dehydrating facility operating just outside of Airdrie. Our company specializes in providing high-quality, fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the year, primarily through our 30 community Farmers Markets across northern Alberta.

We are excited to share our Fall 2026 Fundraising Opportunity, running from Sept 8-28, designed for schools, sports teams and youth programs in Alberta!

For this fundraising initiative, we will be offering three apple varieties (Ambrosia, Honey Crisp & Gala), two pear varieties (D’Anjou & Bartlett), our Apple Chips, as well as PommeMD apple electrolyte drink for your participants to sell.

At Souto Farms, we understand the meaningful impact a fundraiser can have on youth programs. To support your success, we’ve created a pricing structure designed to maximize profit margins. Our goal is to help your organization achieve outstanding results. Participants have the potential to earn up to 30% profit on products sold.

Support Your Local Food Bank With Every Apple Purchase

Now offering an optional Donation Program that benefits both your organization and your local food bank.

Donation items (Ambrosia Apples, Bartlett Pears, PommeMD, and Apple Chips) can be added directly to your fundraiser website. Supporters can purchase products specifically to be donated to your local food bank — and your organization will still earn full profit on every item sold.

It’s a simple, meaningful way to support your community while increasing fundraising potential — especially for families who want to contribute but don’t need additional fruit at home.

We offer FREE shipping with no minimum purchase for schools within a two-hour drive of our warehouse (275170 Dickson Stevenson Trail, Rocky View County T4B 4T2).

If your school is outside this radius, contact us to discuss options. We’ll work with you to find a solution!

 

Delivery & Payment

📅 Delivery Days: October 13 - 15, 2026 (Delivery dates are assigned based on your location and delivery zone)

Once the fruit is delivered, the school or organization is responsible for coordinating parent/buyer pickups the following day. This includes arranging delivery of donated items to your local food bank.

💰 Cheques will be issued and delivered with your fruit order.
